Please be aware of our policies; they will help you receive the greatest benefit from your appointment.
Please arrive on time for all appointments and 15 minutes early for your first visit or any multi-service appointment. If you arrive late, depending on the circumstances, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment.
We require a credit card number at the time of scheduling to reserve a multi-service or package appointment.
Gift Cards should be presented at the front desk before your appointment. Gift Cards are available by phone for any service, package or product. Gift Cards are transferable, rechargeable, but non-refundable.
We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.
All returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
All services must be paid in full at the time service is rendered.
Cancellations and no-shows. Our Center is organized around an efficient appointment system to avoid long waits that waste your time. Since many appointments are for several hours, a missed appointment would disrupt the schedules of many people. Therefore, we require a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours for any multi-service appointment or 8 hours for all other appointments (except of course, in cases of true emergency). You will be charged the full amount of appointments missed.

Medical considerations. Please tell us about any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking, as some services and products may not be recommended. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all treatments. Because we are concerned about your health, wellness, and beauty as well as our environment, our Center is smoke free.
Personal articles. We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage to your personal articles; please keep them with you throughout your appointment. To protect your clothing, please wear the robe we provide and bring an old bathing suit or undergarments for all waxing and body treatments.
Modesty. The utmost respect for your modesty is a hallmark of out team. While some body treatments may require you to remove your clothing, careful draping procedures are abserved at all times.
A quiet environment. Our exclusive therapeutic treatments are designed to be relaxing. To ensure that you, our guest, receive the utmost benefit from our services, we request that any conversations in our upstairs areas be conducted quietly.
Children. We care about the safety of your children, therefore we ask that they be supervised at all times while in our Center.
Pagers and cell phones. Please help us maintain our peaceful atmosphere by not using your cell phones ore pagers (except in cases of an emergency).
